After getting in touch with me (use the 'contact me' tab) to let me know you are interested, we will schedule a date to complete your free video chat consultation. During which I will ask you a few quick questions so we can get to know each other better and so I can get to work writing your programme.

Purchase

After our consultation you will just have to pop back here so you can purchase the plan you want. Feel free to ask me which payment option suits you best during our call.

Programme

Within 3 working days you will receive your first weeks  exercise plan as well as your days diet example plan. If there are any amendments you need me to make feel free to message me anytime.

Workout Time!

Now it's down to you! Ive given you everything you need to get up and running, so the fun part is down to you! remember, we will have a weekly check up over the phone to make sure everything is going well and you can always message me.
