Everybody is an individual, so your programme will be designed specifically around you and your needs. After we complete the client consultation, I'll have everything I need to write your fitness plan. Whether its in the gym, in the park or in your living room, I can write you the programme you need to get started.



It’s essential that we are able to communicate whenever we need to, so 24/7 support via my personal WhatsApp number is included, where you can message me with any questions you might have about your diet, exercise regime or other lifestyle factors. In addition, (depending on the package you choose) I offer a weekly check in where we discuss how well everything is going over the phone or FaceTime. This is a chance for you to give me feedback and tell me how you’re finding the programme, and a chance for me to give you that push and answer any questions you might have going into the new week!
